Estos bocetos son mi primera aproximación a uno de los personajes que estoy diseñando para un nuevo proyecto con Alana Portero. ¡Estoy muy emocionada!

Poco a poco iré mostrándoos más diseños y contando más detalles, así que estad pendientes.

Witches, witches

Durante agosto decidí combinar algo libremente los retos de Witchgust (#witchgust en redes) y Witchy Art Challenge (#witchyartchallenge) y hacer algunos dibujos rápidos con los temas propuestos, porque adoro dibujar brujas (¡qué inesperado!) y porque encuentro inspiración en ambos.

During August I decided that I was going to mix a bit freely two challenges featuring witches: Witchgust (#witchgust) and Witchy Art Challenge (#witchyartchallenge); and make some quick drawings, because I love to draw witches - how unexpected! - and because I find inspiration in both of them. 

Así que aquí tenéis una Bruja de las Plantas, una Bruja Azul y un apunte rápido que hice para Lughnasadh, todos con tinta, rotuladores y/o lápices de colores.

So here's a Plant Witch, a Blue Witch and a quick sketch I did for Lughnasadh, all of them made with ink, markers and/or pencils.

Mermay I - Blue Mermaid

He decidido hacer Mermay en la medida en que me sea posible, esto es, el reto de dibujar sirenas durante el mes de mayo. Podéis encontrar los dibujos vinculados a este reto en las redes sociales buscando los hashtags #mermay y #mermay2017. 

Así que aquí van un par de sirenas hechas con grafito, tinta y lápices de colores.

So here you've got the first two sirens, done with graphite, ink and blue pencils.  

Inktober 2016 (I) - Uranus

Bien, este año voy a intentar hacer algunos dibujos por Inktober. Y tengo ganas de jugar un poco.

Así que aquí está el primero: ¿Una Guerrero Urano-bruja, quizás…? Sí, definitivamente.

Últimamente estoy teniendo ciertas conversaciones que me recuerdan viejas cosas.
Y he recordado esta acuarela que hice hace unos seis años, cuando tenía dieciocho y todo aquello comenzaba a despertar.

Algunas de esas cosas permanecen. Otras, no.

Ha pasado tiempo, pero todavía ahora miro de vez en cuando este dibujo y me sorprendo.
Es hermoso sentirse sorprendido.


A veces, añorar añoranzas me hace sentirme en casa.

Recently, I'm having certain conversations that remind me old things.
And I have remembered this watercolour I made approximately six years ago, when I was eighteen and all that was just awakening.

Some of those things remain. Some of them not.

Time has passed by, but I still look at this drawing every now and again and I'm surprised.
It's beautiful to feel oneself surprised.


Sometimes, longing for longings makes me feel at home.
