Por fin puedo deciros en qué he estado trabajando duramente durante los últimos meses: os presento Rojo y Oro, la nueva novela juvenil de Iria G. Parente y Selene M. Pascual que la editorial Alfaguara publicará el 16 de febrero.
Rojo y Oro es una historia autoconclusiva con ambientación grecolatina inspirada en la mitología clásica. Trabajar en este proyecto de Iria y Selene ha sido una cosa bellísima: desde el principio adoré el universo que las inspiraba y el desafío a un buen saco de estereotipos que planteaban, y os aseguro que he elaborado las veinte ilustraciones interiores con absoluta entrega, dedicación y amor.
Mi agradecimiento infinito a Iria y Selene y Alfaguara por haber confiado en mí. ¡Apenas puedo esperar a que se publique!

At last I can tell you what I have been working on during these last months: "Rojo y Oro", the new young adult book written by Iria G. Parente and Selene M. Pascual which will be published on the 16th of February by Alfaguara.
"Rojo y Oro" ("Red and Gold") is set in / inspired by Ancient Greek and Roman civilizations and mythologies. Working on this project with Iria and Selene has been such a beautiful thing: Since the beginning I loved their universe and references as much as their determination to challenge a bunch of stereotypes, and I swear that I have created the twenty inner illustrations with all my love and dedication.
I’m infinitely grateful to Iria and Selene and Alfaguara for trusting me with this task. I can barely wait to see it published!
